Article VII — Officers — Section 3, Vice Chair (or Co-Chairs)

ORIGINAL TEXT: In the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair shall exercise all the functions of the office. (Original text)

PROPOSED TEXT:

In the absence of the Chair or one of the two Co-Chairs, the Vice Chair and the other Co-Chair available, shall exercise all the functions of the office, dividing those duties as they see fit according to their respective strengths and interests.
