Employee Benefits

The Town of Amherst offers a competitive benefits package to its employees. To be eligible for benefits, an employee must be employed in a position classified as regular and work a minimum of 20 hours per week for 52 weeks per year. Time off benefits are prorated based on the employee’s biweekly scheduled hours.
