THE DOG PARK IS NOW OPEN.
We thank everyone for their patience as we navigate our first year operating this dog park.
Location: Southwest side of old belchertown road, off of route 9, on the northern portion of the old amhErst south landfill
Hours of Operation: dawn to dusk
Rules and Regulations
- Children under the age of 8 are not allowed in the dog park
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- Limit 3 dogs per person per visit
- Owners are solely responsible for injuries and damage caused by dogs
- Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must immediately be removed from the park
- No dog treats
- No outside business or professional training allowed in the park
- No alcoholic beverages
- No smoking
- No bikes, skateboards, rollerblades or scooters
- No glass, food, or breakable containers
