Alterations, Renovations, Additions, Decks, and Canopies
  • Permit application minimum of $30, plus $10 per $1,000 (or fraction thereof) of the estimated cost of construction (includes all structures)
Cancelled Permits
  • Basic Permit fee is $20
  • More Involved Permit with Plans fee is $35.
  • No refunds will be given for permits in a previous fiscal year or any permit over 6 months old.
Change in Contractor-No change in scope of work
  • $30
Demolition
  • Permit application minimum $30 for any structure 200 square feet or less
  • $75 for any structure over 200 square feet
Demolition - Swimming Pools
  • Permit application minimum $30 for any structure 200 square feet or less
  • $75 for any structure over 200 square feet
  • Electrical permit also required - $75
Detached Accessory Structures (sheds, carports, garages, etc.)
  • Permit application minimum $30 for 100 square feet or less
  • $30 plus $0.25 per square feet for each additional square feet over 100
Farm Buildings
  • $0.10 per square feet (for alterations, etc., see above)
Fences
  • $25

  • $50 Residential
  • $100 Commercial
Mechanical
  • $30 + $10/$1,000 of construction cost
Minor Site Improvements Only, i.e. parking lot repairs, sidewalks, walkways, etc. when not associated with New Construction, Alteration or Renovation Project.

New Business, Industrial, Educational and Dormitories

  • $0.35 per square feet for each additional dwelling unit
  • $0.35 per square feet for unfinished basements, attached and under garages, porches, and decks

Sheet Metal
  • $30 + $10/$1,000 of construction cost
Solar Panels
  • $30 each set of 5 or part thereof
Sprinkler Systems
  • $150 for first floor
  • $50 for each additional floor
Swimming Pools

Temporary Structures (including stages and tents)
